Kimochis

Wonderful invention for feelings communications with kids when they can't articulate them. Dolls come with feelings dolls that kids stick in the mouth of the kimochi. The parent then takes the feeling out of the mouth to see how they are doing. Very cute!

You'd think that we adults should have our own kimochis...

Great Wall Cabernet Savignon 2003

I went to Beijing in 2006 and heard about their emerging wine industry. So I bought a bottle of Great Wall Cabernet savignon and tried it a few weeks ago. It was kind of primitive and had this strange aftertaste reminiscent of these strange red wafers from china I used to eat as a kid. I sealed it with a vacuum seal and left it til now and had another glass. Yuck! It totally soured up and dumped it. So much for China wine...!

Full service gas!

You know how long it's been since I've had full service gas? Probably 1975! I pull into Shell's full service line by accident but then say to myself, 'why not?'

He fills up my gas and now is washing my windows. Cool.

With gas prices so high dang it, why can't I get more full service around here?
